When you forget to cancel your appointment without the proper amount of notice, not only do I miss the opportunity to fill the appointment time, but the opportunity for other guests on the waiting list to receive services. There is always a confirmation text sent to you by the salon 3 days before your appointment and if you can not make it please call the salon @702.294.1166 or send me a message to reschedule. If failed to do so you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50%.
